Founded by Kimberly Grimm, CLX offers a modern relationship-driven partnership for organizations that value clarity, organization, and elite execution. She brings a background in global operations, procurement, entrepreneurship, and high level event execution. Kimberly began her career at American Honda Motor, Co where she spent three years as an intern gaining hands-on experience in corporate operations and supply chain. She later worked as a buyer for Toyota Motor Corporation, and lived in Japan for 3 years supporting global businesses.  After her corporate career, Kimberly founded and owned 2K, Inc a specialty packaging and shipping company for art and antiques. This gave her firsthand experinece building, managing, and scaling a business from the ground up. She understands the realities of running a business, balancing priorities, and keeping operations moving without disruption. In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial background, Kimberly has extensive experience planning and executing nonprofit events. She is known for managing details behind the scenes while keeping the focus on impact, relationships, and a seamless guest experience. 

She also holds her Life & Health Insurance licenses in Ohio and Michigan, further reinforcing her strengths in compliance, organization, and client-focused service.
